30-Day Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty applies to all PoppyPlums products and begins from the date your order arrives.

What Is Covered

• Faults or defects caused by errors in manufacturing

• Issues with stitching, structure, or material faults that appear without any external impact

• Items that arrive damaged due to production defects

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by regular wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, stains, or improper care

• Damage resulting from water exposure (unless the product is listed as water-resistant)

• General deterioration from normal use

Case-by-Case Review

Every warranty request is assessed case by case by our team. We may request:

• Photos or videos of the issue

• Order details and proof of purchase

• Additional information to help confirm the defect

How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability and the nature of the defect.
